While the solar industry is growing steadily, it is still in its early years, and we recognize the need for ongoing support for solar home and business owners. You may have heard stories from solar owners that aren’t able to get in touch with their installer (if they are still in operation at all), but we don’t joke about it being the ACE Solar Family. We’re here to help whether you have a concern, want to add protection or expand the system, or just have a nagging question about your solar array and incentives.

In addition to our Workmanship Warranty, the equipment manufacturers we work with all offer warranties specifically related to the equipment installed at your home or business. You can refer to the ACE Customer Documents email or package (depending on when you were installed) for details about your specific equipment, as well as incentive and utility agreements. Please reach out if you can’t locate them, we can send copies upon request.

While our primary focus is on providing service to our current and new customers, we do have capacity to provide some service work for non-customers.
