Rooftop Solar System at Target in Seekonk, MA

This 718 kW-DC project included the installation of over 1900 roof-mounted solar panels mounted with a DCE racking system and 8 SolarEdge Inverters.

West Brookfield, MA Solar Field

This project is comprised of 16,875 solar panels secured by a Terra Smart ground mount racking system. Development of the site includes clearing 21 acres of tree stumps and rocks, creation of an access road, and grading of the site.

Solar Installation for Toner Plastics in East Longmeadow, Ma

This 673 kW-DC project included the installation of 385 Watt Jinko solar panels mounted with Chint string Inverters.

Toner Plastics was one of the smoothest projects our installers have ever taken on. It was run efficiently by the team and did not require heavy on-site supervision. However, we did face a challenge when it came to the interconnection process. This was one of our longest interconnection shutdowns lasting almost 36 hours. Our team came together to overcome this challenge, bringing in extra crew members and working on the interconnection over the weekend so it did not affect the company.

Solar Installation at Springfield, MA Landfill

Springfield, MA Landfill Solar Array

This was an interesting landfill project for our installers because we were building on a landfill that wasn’t really a landfill. Unlike your typical landfill, this landfill was filled with recycled train parts, not trash. This meant we were able to use traditional ground mount installation techniques and build underground to secure the system. This technique is normally not an option on landfill projects.

Solar Installation for Falmouth, MA Landfill

Falmouth, MA Landfill Solar Array

We acted as a consultant on-site on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection for this project. We were hired as the third-party engineer by Citizens Energy to ensure rules were followed and the integrity of the landfill liner was not jeopardized. The major challenge faced on this project was ensuring that the installers followed all the rules and regulations involved in building a solar system on top of a landfill.

Fairhaven, MA Rooftop and Canopy Solar Arrays

This project was a hybrid system – both a rooftop and canopy, that was a massive addition to a smart flower system we previously installed. This provided a unique challenge for our team as we essentially designed and built 2 new systems tied into one.

Auburn High School Rooftop Solar Array

This was a smooth installation due to our outstanding relationship with the client, and our previous installations at other BJ’s locations. Our team had to overcome a few challenges including extreme winds and a flat roof, which required creative solutions to ensure proper installation.

Newton Community Farm (MA)

This project holds special meaning for us as a great example of how collaboration can bring community solar dreams to life. Using 27 panels adding up to 10.8 kW of power and a battery with 16 kWh of storage capacity, this installation will provide 99% of all energy required for the farm’s annual operations.
