We’ve formed a team that’s passionate about the benefits solar can bring to our communities, who are dedicated to shedding light on those benefits to everyone that’s interested. Together we’ve installed over 1,000,000 solar panels because we know how to get the job done on time and on budget, with a focus on complete customer satisfaction.

Bob Kiley

DIRECTOR OF SALES

Bob has been involved in solar for the last several years with everything from large commercial scale projects to residential installs. A lifetime entrepreneur with a strong finance background, Bob believes in building businesses that can deliver economic benefit and consumer value while being environmentally focused. He is an avid skier, enjoys traveling and time with family and friends.

Mark Kiley

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Mark is a 35-year financial professional focusing on the alternative energy sector. A former CPA and Investment Banker he is responsible for managing the financial health of ACE during a time of rapid growth in the solar industry. Mark is also a five-time grandfather and is deeply concerned that we leave the environment for them in better shape than we got it.

Eric McLean

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Eric has been helping the world become a greener place by designing and building renewable energy systems for more than 15 years! His experience with thousands of kilowatts of clean energy helps ensure that every system ACE builds is of the highest quality. Eric is a combat veteran of the USMC, lives in North Andover MA with his wife, two sons and daughter, and enjoys coaching his son’s little league and soccer teams.

Dale Myers

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Dale has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has worked in virtually every segment of the solar industry from remote off-grid applications to utility-scale power plants. He has designed and implemented more than 100 commercial and utility-scale projects in more than 20 different states.

Sean O’Brien

DIR. EPC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Sean took a circuitous route to the Renewable space, after six years in the U.S. Army Infantry and a career on Wall Street. Initially approaching Solar as a strictly business or investment proposition, he has since grown to fully embrace the renewable environmental benefits and very much enjoys “doing well by doing good.” He has lived in Andover MA for 20-years with his wife, twin daughter and son, and a large and growing pack of rescue dogs and cats. In his spare time he enjoys sculling and rowing on the Merrimack River.

Deano Asprogiannis

SR. SOLAR CONSULTANT

Born and raised in Laconia NH, Deano graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Product Management from Merrimack College, right up the street from our office. The role suits his longterm goal of helping to leave the planet a better place than he found it. When he’s not talking solar, he’s probably coaching his U-18 boys soccer team for F.C. Stars NH. His main hobbies include soccer, fitness and traveling the world.

Ian Tallmadge

SR. SOLAR CONSULTANT

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Ian’s experience working in the residential electrical field and love for the outdoors was an early inspiration that lead him down the path towards entering the solar industry. With more than 3 years of experience in residential solar, he is eager to help educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar, both environmentally and financially. Ian is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and biking with his friends and family.

Mike Champagne

RESIDENTIAL GENERAL MANAGER

Mike has been in the solar space since 1990, with the early years of his career being on the electrical side before he moved into management and operations. Mike is a Boston sports fan and has a passion for baseball, having spent 35 years coaching the sport. His claim to fame: Coaching former Boston Red Sox player and current manager of the Minnesota Twins Rocco Baldelli in his younger years.

Branden Thomas

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Branden is an Upstate, NY native who started in the solar industry with ACE as a Site Surveyor in 2019 and worked his way up to Project Management. He’s one of the most friendly people you’ll ever meet, a team leader with great attention to detail, and aims to create process efficiencies throughout every part of the installation process. In his own time, he enjoys camping, going to concerts, and playing hockey. Go Bills! (He made us write that.)

Mike McClean

ADMINISTRATOR, RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS

Having joined the ACE Solar team in the Winter of 2022, Mike is a fresh face to the solar industry and is excited to be contributing to the expansion of renewable energy. As the Administrator for Residential Operations, he is a waypoint for communication within the department, processing all applications and keeping the team apprised of each project’s progress throughout the workflow. Outside of work, Mike is a pianist who loves to travel and take long wandering walks in the sun with his partner Sammi.

Charlie Barbanti

SR. COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Charlie joins ACE as a 14-year veteran of the solar and energy storage industry, who has worked and managed a variety of civil, electrical, and other large-scale projects. Has was a licensed Engineering Officer in the U.S. Merchant Marines at the outset of his career, and also worked in mechanical facilities for water conservation work along the way. He has two grown daughters, and with a bit more free time these days, loves the beach, biking, hiking, skiing, and plays hockey twice a week.

Nick Moore

SR. COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Nick joined ACE as an intern before starting full-time after graduating from Macalester College with a degree in Physics and Environmental Studies. Passionate about renewable energy and the environment, he loves learning all he can about the solar world. At ACE, he has done nearly everything from sales and marketing to engineering and project management. In his free time, Nick is an avid soccer player and runner who enjoys just about everything that involves getting outdoors!

Ade Adeyinka

COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Ade is a certified project management professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA to boot. He managed projects in the real estate and construction spaces for over 6 years and is a Solar enthusiast with a strong passion for deploying solar projects. He enjoys playing basketball, watching the Boston Celtics, and hanging out with family and friends.

Ryan Weil-Meggison

COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Ryan discovered that he had a passion for solar in 2010 when he first joined the industry in sales. Since then, he decided he wanted more technical experience as he shifted into working in the field, and has gained a breadth of experience across all aspects of the solar industry. His focus has been primarily in commercial solar, with some residential experience. Outside of work, Ryan is a family man who loves spending time with his kids. He’s also an outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, and disc golf in his free time!

Michael Chapman

COMMERCIAL SOLAR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Michael joined ACE in 2023 after 3+ years in the solar industry. He’s served as Project Manager and/or Superintendent for over 40 megawatts of solar+battery storage systems from concept to completion, and another 40+ megawatts solar project construction oversight overall. He’s a big guy, with a big beard (don’t let the headshot fool you), and loves working on big solar projects. Away from the job, he’s an avid golfer, big Celtics fan, and enjoys all the time he can get with his wife, son, and daughter in Central Mass.

Joe Semeraro

PURCHASING MANAGER

Simply put, Joe is “The Guy.” With over 35 years of experience in the Electrical industry (the last 5 years in solar specifically) Joe knows the who, what, where, when, and how much for everything we need on all of our job sites. He’s a local guy that is an avid cornhole player, loves fantasy sports, and his wife, Sheila.

Andrew Tringali

RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS ADMIN

Andrew joins ACE Solar upon graduating from Merrimack College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Andrew has always been captivated by the potential of solar power to drive sustainability and combat climate change. ACE Solar is allowing Andrew to channel his enthusiasm for renewal energy solutions that will contribute to a cleaner and greener future. In his free time, Andrew enjoys tennis, archery and fishing.

Eric Nguyen

SENIOR PV ENGINEER

Eric joined ACE Solar in 2023 as a Senior PV Engineer, bringing 5+ years of industry experience. He started out working on interconnection applications and project management before moving to the design and engineering side of things, giving him a well-rounded perspective on every project. He is recently married, enjoys watching and playing basketball, and grew up in Michigan before moving to Long Island, and most recently, here in Massachusetts.

Trevor Esmel

PV ENGINEER

Trevor grew up in Plymouth, MA before moving to NH 3 years ago. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, and has been working in solar ever since. He’s designed over 200+ residential solar systems totaling almost 2MW, as well as a few commercial systems. “I really enjoy seeing solar projects I’ve worked on be completed and turned on, knowing I helped make that happen.” Outside of work his hobbies include working on classic cars, playing and listening to music, camping, and playing tennis.

Jake Christy

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Jake graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. A lifelong New Englander, Jake is a die hard Boston sports fan, and his favorite team is the Bruins. He’s had an interest in solar for years and the many benefits it has to offer, started with ACE as part of the Consultants’ Team before moving to Commercial Project Management. Jake loves that his role here at ACE allows him to help make the world a better, cleaner place.

Mike Fortier

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Mike is a renewable energy enthusiast who graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. He has experience working on all stages of solar construction from lead generation all the way through project commissioning. He is an avid sports fan who supports all New England sports as well as Leeds United. When not at work, Mike can be found biking, running or skiing.

Sean Fontaine

MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Sean started with ACE Solar as a Marketing Intern and was brought on full time as a Marketing and Business Development Associate. As an avid outdoorsman, Sean is passionate about the environment and renewable energy, and he loves being able to work for a company that is making a difference for the planet through Solar. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an undergrad degree in Marketing and Finance, and completed his MBA at UNH with a focus in Marketing in 2021.

Kelly Finnegan

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Kelly is our fearless Human Resources Manager who has the tall order of keeping the rest of us in line. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, and has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources. Away from the ACE Family, she enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking with her dogs.

Casey Bolduc

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY

With a background in Digital & Content Marketing, Journalism, and Financial Services, Casey brings a passion for the environment, demystifying complex subjects, and educating consumers with engaging content. He is dedicated to the customer experience and is always happy to help with anything from a quick question to an in-depth discussion (good luck getting him to stop). The Derry, NH was born and raised in the Merrimack Valley and enjoys golf, music, nature, Boston Bruins hockey, and road trips with his wife and beagle, Bergie.

Corey Myrbeck

SR. SOLAR CONSULTANT & SALES MANAGER

Corey is another industry veteran having spent the better part of a decade involved in the business. The Cape Cod native started as an installer out in the mountains of Colorado before making his way back to the ground and back to the East Coast. As a self-made handyman and homeowner, he understands what goes into a solar project and what it means to his customers. He is THE MODEL of our transparent, no-pressure approach to “sales,” and his presentations will leave you excited to go solar!

Teddy is our youngest and smallest team member, but makes sure to bring a pawsitive attitude to work every day.
